Thank you for shopping with Ninthy. We are dedicated to delivering premium branded streetwear and authentic sportswear directly to customers throughout the United Kingdom.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order confirmation has been received. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email.

Please be aware that processing may take slightly longer during periods of high demand, promotional events, or new collection launches.

2. Estimated Delivery Times within the United Kingdom

To offer a wider selection of international products at competitive prices, some orders are shipped from distribution centres located outside the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
Express Shipping, where available: 3 to 7 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions, customs procedures, or inspections.

3. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep our delivery fees clear and straightforward:

Free Shipping: Available for orders with a total value above £75.

Standard Shipping: A fixed delivery fee of £4.99 applies to orders below £75.

4. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become available or update within the carrier’s system.

5. Customs, Import Duties, and VAT

Ninthy operates in accordance with applicable UK tax requirements. The following conditions apply to orders delivered within the United Kingdom:

Orders valued at £135 or less: UK VAT at 20% is included in the final price shown at checkout. In most cases, no additional customs duties should be payable upon delivery.

Orders valued above £135: Import duties, VAT, or other taxes may become payable when the shipment enters the United Kingdom. Where such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Ninthy.

6. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes

Certain international delivery providers may be unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

To minimise the risk of delays or failed delivery attempts, we recommend providing a valid residential or business street address when placing your order.

7. Incorrect Addresses and Undelivered Orders

Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

Ninthy cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information. If an order is returned to us for this reason, an additional shipping charge may be required before the package can be sent again.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days from the date of your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team.
