Returns and Refunds Policy

At Ninthy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we specialise in premium branded streetwear and sportswear, every order is subject to quality checks to help ensure that products are authentic and arrive in excellent condition.
1. 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the date you receive your goods.
After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you will have an additional 14 days to return the items.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. This means that it must be:

Unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from signs of wear;

Returned with all original brand labels and tags still attached;

Placed in its original packaging;

Accompanied by a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
Products that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original tags may not qualify for a refund.
3. Starting a Return
To request a return, please contact us at contact@ninthy.com.
Your email should include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions explaining where and how to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer, supplier, or the address shown on the original shipping label unless instructed to do so by our support team.
4. Return Delivery Costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage. Ninthy cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels that are sent without tracking.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a full refund if a product is faulty, damaged, incomplete, or not as described. Where applicable, this right may be exercised within 30 days.
Please contact us promptly at contact@ninthy.com, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The quickest way to obtain a different product, colour, or size is to return the original item. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement product.
7. Refund Processing
After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process the transaction and display the refunded amount in your account.
